LARA's Private Recovery Programme is a discreet, physician-led residential programme for adults seeking structured support with alcohol dependency, drug dependency, prescription medication misuse, and behavioural addictions — including disordered eating and gambling.
We understand that choosing to seek help for addiction is one of the most courageous decisions a person can make. At LARA, that decision is met with complete respect, absolute confidentiality, and clinical expertise. There are no group sessions unless you want them. There is no exposure. There is only your recovery, conducted on your terms.
Every programme is built from scratch around the individual — informed by a comprehensive clinical assessment of physical health, psychological history, dependency patterns, and personal goals. Nothing is prescribed from a menu.
